New House Rules and notes:

  • Please only book when you are absolutely sure you are able to make your appointment due to our limited availability for the next few months

  • Treatment must be booked under the same name as the customer who will be receiving treatment (unfortunately we will have to refuse customers booking on somebody else's behalf )

  • No mobile phones to be used in the spa

  • We have put a stringent cleaning procedure in place to ensure the safety of everyone, but you are entering at your own risk.

  • Our waiting area is now closed, kindly wait outside until we come and greet you and please ensure you are on time for your appointment.

  • All of therapists have been fully trained on new safety practices, and have passed all required certification.

  • We will be wearing full PPE where possible, however some treatments may not allow for us to wear gloves.

  • We are asking all customers to wear masks where possible and practical. If you do not have a mask we can provide one for £1.50​

  • There will be a £3 charge payable to cover the cost of disposable PPE for all treatments and £1.50 for waxing. If doing multiple treatments we will charge a maximum of £4.50

  • No food of drink allowed inside the practice, only water

  • We will be checking your temperature on arrival and asking you to wear shoe covers.

  • Covid health declarations will have to be filled out prior to every treatment/visit

  • Our spa is now appointment only. We cannot accept walk-ins.

We retain your details as they are required for legal and regulatory purposes.

All the personal date we hold about you will be processed by our staff and no third parties will have access to your data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them with this.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is processed securely.


How long we keep it

We will generally keep your data for a number of years as instructed by our insurers/regulators.
