Cancellations

• We operate a 24 hour Cancellation Policy – otherwise a full charge of your treatment will be required.

• For appointments booked on the same day, 50% of the fee is chargeable.

• If you are late for your appointment we will do everything to accommodate you, however if it is not possible for us to extend your appointment time and you will be charged a full appointment charge.

• We always aim to provide the best quality of products and service. If anything is not to your satisfaction please do not hesitate to communicate this to your therapist at the time of the treatment.

We cannot deal with bookings made through our booking platforms. If you need to amend your booking, please do so on https://phorest.com/book/salons/kalma or through www.treatwell.co.uk direct.

We will not be answering any cancelation requests sent to our email.

Online booking fees will be charged if you don't cancel in good time.
