Cancellations:
- We operate a 24 hour Cancellation Policy – otherwise a full charge of your treatment will be required.
-Online booking fees will be charged if you don't cancel within 24 hours.
- If you are late for your appointment we will do everything to accommodate you, however if it is not possible for us to extend your appointment time and you will be charged a full appointment charge.
