We operate a 24 hour Cancellation Policy – otherwise a full charge of your treatment will be required.

For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours or even for appointments booked on the same day, 50% of the fee is chargeable.

If you are late for your appointment we will do everything to accommodate you, however if it is not possible for us to extend your appointment time and you will be charged a full appointment charge.
